Full-Time QA Test Lead

Responsibility:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, focusing on automation and manual testing.
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure high-quality software releases.
• Perform hands-on testing (both manual and automated) to validate functional, integration, and system performance.
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile applications, utilizing industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure clarity of requirements and expectations.
• Report, track, and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution and risk mitigation.
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure the automation framework supports scalability and flexibility to accommodate evolving needs.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in automation testing and QA processes, particularly in the Retail and eCommerce industries.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in QA testing (Manual and Automation), with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in leading QA teams in Retail and eCommerce environments.
• Strong expertise in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with manual testing methodologies, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, TestRail, or other test management and defect tracking systems.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
