Full-Time QA Tester Manager (Hybrid or Remote)

We’re looking for an experienced QA Tester with strong skills in testing Salesforce Communications Cloud applications and solid knowledge of the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce Communications Cloud solutions.
• Understand telecom-specific workflows and validate system behavior against business requirements.
• Quickly learn new features and functionalities to support fast-paced project timelines.
• Write clear and detailed test scripts based on business requirements.
• Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, QA team members, and vendors to prepare and execute tests.
• Support and mentor team members when needed, fostering a collaborative environment.

• Solid experience in Quality Assurance, especially in Salesforce environments.
• Deep understanding of the telecommunications sector.
• Proven ability to write clear, objective, and business-aligned test scripts.
• Fast learner, able to adapt to new features and tight project deadlines.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering real value to the client.
• Strong team spirit, with a willingness to collaborate, support, and guide colleagues.

Workplace type: Hybrid or remote. This position is based in Portugal.
