Full-Time QMS Technical Support Quality

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support for Quality Processes: Address and resolve technical issues related to quality during production or inspection processes. Support cross-functional teams in troubleshooting and implementing corrective actions.
• QMS Implementation & Maintenance: Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining QMS procedures and standards. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other relevant certifications.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in technical quality processes and recommend solutions. Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
• Audits & Compliance: Participate in internal and external QMS audits, ensuring technical aspects meet regulatory and customer requirements. Document audit findings and implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze quality data to identify trends and root causes of technical issues. Prepare and present reports on technical quality performance to stakeholders.

Education: Bac+2/3 in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.

Experience: Maximum 3 years in quality assurance, technical support, or a related role within the automotive or manufacturing industry. Familiarity with QMS standards like ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.

Skills:

• Strong technical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in quality analysis tools (e.g., FMEA, 8D, SPC).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• CAD (CATIA & NX PLM)
• Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with QMS standards like ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
• Certifications in ISO Auditing, Six Sigma, or related quality disciplines
• Proficiency in quality analysis tools (e.g., FMEA, 8D, SPC)
• Good level of French and English
