Full-Time Quality Assurance Analyst - Algorithms

Sword Health is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst - Algorithms to join our growing team in Portugal.

About the Role:

Define and perform manual tests to ensure product quality.

• Identify defects and track issues through resolution.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Actively participate in all parts of the software development process, ensuring testing "shifts left".
• Conduct investigations by analyzing logs and using internal support tools.
• Document functional requirements, test results, team processes, and tutorials.
• Proactively report status and quality risks to stakeholders.
• Support Product Operations tasks, such as configuring devices and conducting pilot/testing sessions with users.

Skills & Experience:

• Technical background, preferably in Engineering, or 2+ years in a software development team.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (Portuguese and English).
• Data interpretation and analysis skills.
• Ability to interpret and write functional requirements.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proactive and critical thinking.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of software testing, testing tools, and version control.
• Basic knowledge of Python (or scripting in other languages).
