Full-Time Quality Assurance Analyst L2

The Role: Quality Assurance Analyst (L2) at Keen.

Responsibilities:

• Manually tests newly developed code and confirms acceptance criteria.
• Identifies, reports, and communicates bugs.
• Determines when features are ready for users.
• Approves deployments from Staging to Production.
• Works within Scrum sprints alongside the development team.
• Utilizes JIRA for QA tasks, writing and linking cards.
• Reviews KPIs for improvement.
• Provides feedback to engineers in JIRA tickets about testing results and necessary code modifications.
• Quickly identifies functional, UX, and cosmetic bugs.
• Reviews automated test failures and addresses JIRA bugs or updates tests.
• Owns deployments, determining readiness and deploying to Production.
• Participates in retrospectives for team improvement.

Expertise Required:

• 2+ years QA/Support experience in software development.
• Experience with Scrum workflows and tools.
• Experience testing front-end and back-end.
• Experience with BurpSuite/Postman (or similar API testing).
• Strong prioritization and multitasking skills under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail, issue identification, and prioritization.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, growing tech company.
• Ability to communicate technically and user-friendly.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
