Quality Assurance Associate

Support quality assurance across product lifecycle.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, product management).

• Testing & Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections and testing of digital products, components, and websites. Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards. Perform detailed testing against specified requirements, documenting any non-conformances.

• Process Monitoring & Improvement: Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. Recommend and support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce defects.

• Documents & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all quality-related activities (test results, inspection reports, corrective action plans). Generate regular quality reports and communicate findings to key stakeholders. Utilize company quality tools (TestRail, Figma, Jira, Sentry).

• Compliance & Standards Enforcement: Stay current on industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with experience, clinical, operations, and supply chain teams to align quality goals with business objectives. Participate in cross-functional project teams to provide quality insights, support problem-solving, and foster continuous improvement.
