Quality Assurance Associate for Nutrafol

Execute daily QA activities to ensure dietary supplement QA GMP compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Process and review product quality complaints in Veeva QualityOne.
• Create investigation summaries for product complaints.
• Trend data and create monthly/quarterly reports.
• Identify CAPAs based on investigations/trends.
• Collaborate with suppliers for investigations and corrective actions.
• Support the product release program by processing/reviewing Certificates of Analysis and Conformances.
• Maintain supplier certificates and FDA registrations.
• Assist in daily QA GMP compliance activities (e.g., artwork review, change control).
• Partner with R&D, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Affairs.
• Ensure timely QA deliveries and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in cross-functional product teams.
• Assist with quality projects/tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., quality assurance, science) or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of US dietary supplement/Consumer Healthcare Quality experience.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and cGMP standards.
• Hands-on experience executing QA GMP compliance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (internal/external).
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects independently/collaboratively in an agile environment.

Preferred:

• Cosmetics category experience
