Full-Time Quality Assurance Consultant

Quality Assurance Consultant is involved in providing high quality, factually accurate, and timely medico-legal reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review of medico-legal reports aligning with quality frameworks and relevant regulations/legislation.
• Building strong relationships with customers and experts through effective communication.
• Collaboration with team members for workflow prioritization.
• Providing feedback and training to medical experts on medico-legal report writing.
• Resolving emerging issues and customer complaints by offering solutions, following up for resolution, and managing customer records.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Experience in allied health, legal, or insurance industries, with experience in interpreting medico-legal reports is preferred.
• Experience with AMA Guides and WorkCover Guides for assessing permanent impairment and disability is desirable.

Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
