Job Summary: Ensure the quality and functionality of software products via rigorous testing. Work with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and implement testing across all use cases.

Responsibilities:

• Test planning and execution: Develop, document, and execute detailed test cases, scripts, and plans for software applications. Perform functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing across platforms and environments.
• Defect identification and reporting: Identify, track, and report defects and inconsistencies.
• Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve efficiency. Utilize testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JUnit, TestNG) to automate regression tests.
• Collaboration and communication: Work with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure software meets quality standards and user requirements.
• Performance and load testing: Conduct performance, load, and stress testing to ensure software handles user traffic.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive test documentation (test plans, cases, defects).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of QA Engineer experience.
• Hands-on experience in manual and automated testing.
• Experience with testing frameworks and project management tools (Selenium, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG, Postman, Asana).
• Programming language knowledge (C#, Java, or JavaScript).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, k6).
• Fintech experience (preferred).
