Quality Assurance Engineer – Web & Mobile Specialist

Introduction: As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you'll ensure the quality of our web and mobile platforms. You'll work across departments (engineering, product, design, growth, support) to implement comprehensive testing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough testing (functional, API, integration, compatibility) of web and mobile features, emphasizing real-world scenarios.
• Create and maintain test plans, cases, and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, growth, and support teams to integrate QA into every phase.
• Advocate for the user experience and uphold high standards.
• Leverage test automation frameworks/tools.
• Track and report on quality metrics.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Support CI/CD and DevOps workflows.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of QA experience for web/mobile.
• Proficiency in manual testing and test plan creation.
• Experience with API testing and customer-focused scenarios.
• Strong mobile QA experience (iOS & Android) – usability & accessibility.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail, debugging & troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Test automation tools/frameworks.
• Basic coding skills.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps.
• Cross-browser testing.
• Background/interest in travel industry.

Compensation & Employment Details:

• $1500 - $2000/month (USD)
