• Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer
• Reports to: CTO
• Location: Remote (Denmark) - Copenhagen area preferred
• Job Type: Full-time

About You:

• Passionate about delivering high-quality products and seamless user experiences.
• Keen eye for detail, excel at identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs.
• Enjoy testing web and mobile applications.
• Proactive in uncovering issues, asking the right questions, and considering edge cases.
• Experience working in SaaS, fast-moving tech environments, or quality assurance roles.
• Excel at managing multiple tasks, keeping workflows structured, and informing teams.
• Understand how different product components interact and collaborate effectively.
• Thrive in highly organized environments, ensuring every issue is tracked and addressed.
• Analyze patterns in recurring bugs and propose long-term solutions for product stability.
• Build strong relationships across teams for smooth communication.

What You'll Do

• Identify, track, and document bugs effectively.
• Maintain clear communication across teams.
• Dive deep into the product to identify edge cases.
• Validate fixes and test web/mobile apps for high-quality user experience.
• Create, maintain, and improve test cases.
• Work with engineers to refine testing processes.
• Proactively identify recurring issues and suggest long-term solutions.
• Collaborate closely with QA engineers, Lead QA Engineer, and Software Engineers.

What You Bring

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Slack, or similar.
