We’re looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to join our Clinical Governance team and help raise the bar in how virtual healthcare is delivered at Montu. This is a key role in ensuring our practitioners operate safely, ethically, and in full compliance with relevant standards.
What you’ll be doing
- Run monthly and quarterly audits of clinical activities
- Monitor practitioner conduct and flag potential issues using AI filters and Patient Management System (PMS) alerts.
- Maintain accurate records of audits, follow-ups, and resolutions.
- Identify recurring issues and escalate risks to senior leaders.
- Support investigation and improvement projects.
- Collaborate with Clinical Ops and Product teams to embed QA insights into workflows and tools.
- Contribute to the development of QA systems.
- Assist with internal and external reporting.
- Stay on top of privacy, prescribing, and telehealth regulations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in a quality assurance, clinical auditing, or compliance role.
- Strong understanding of clinical governance frameworks.
- Experience with digital systems.
- Excellent written communication.
- Analytical thinker with high attention to detail.
