CTEC is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our remote team, with candidates located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
Job Description:
- Conducts comprehensive testing of Social Security Administration learning systems, applications, and training content to ensure quality, functionality, and compliance with federal standards.
- Develops test plans, executes testing procedures, and documents defects while ensuring all deliverables meet contract requirements and quality standards.
- Supports language translation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Quality Assurance, or related field with 5+ years of federal QA experience
- Experience with federal testing methodologies, quality standards, and government acceptance criteria
- Knowledge of federal accessibility testing (Section 508), usability testing, and compliance validation
- Proficiency in federal-approved testing tools, automated testing frameworks, and defect tracking systems
- Understanding of federal quality assurance procedures, documentation requirements, and approval processes
Clearance: Must be able to Obtain Public Trust Clearance.
