Full-Time Quality Assurance Specialist

• Implement automated testing using AI and other tools.
• Participate in manual testing prior to deployments.
• Ensure post-deployment issues are minimized.
• Monitor website performance and errors using specialized tools.
• Respond to testing and support requests from other departments.
• Understand and support multiple internal and external platforms.
• Ensure meeting the highest quality standards for the web.

Qualifications:

• Strong ability to understand complex systems and their interactions.
• Experience in setting up automated testing (with or without code).
• Experience conducting thorough and relevant tests.
• Experience providing support for complex systems.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Genuine interest in assisting others through testing and support.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools or applications (Asset).
• Experience with code-based automated testing frameworks.
