International SOS Government Medical Services, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Chief for The Navy Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP).
The Quality Control Chief is an essential role in the coordination, implementation, and evaluation of quality improvement initiatives throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitates activities related to quality and performance improvement programs.
- Responsible for the management and oversight of quality initiatives for the world-wide FFSP organization.
- Provides project leadership with training and development of quality competencies.
- Responsible for planning and implementing general quality orientation and in-service education for all levels of FFSP personnel.
- Provide training and education to senior staff on quality improvements strategies and best practices.
- Responsible for the reporting of quality data to FFSP and International SOS Government Medical Services, Inc. leadership.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality improvement efforts and their outcomes.
- Participate in the development and review of program policies and procedures.
- Work closely with site leaderships to implement and monitor quality improvement plans.
