Full-Time Quality Controls Analyst

• Gather and preempt requirements from stakeholders.
• Design appropriate mechanisms.
• Provide quality assurance, training, best practices, and solutions.
• Design and execution of the quality program to include endorsements and policies.
• Design and implement complex PowerBI data visualizations.
• Support implemented solutions by conducting root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Document and analyze quality findings and report out on findings.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on devising effective and efficient approaches.
• Support business units in the resolution of in-depth user questions and issues.

• Expertise in PowerBI and large/variable data sets
• Experience in Project Management
• Strong analytical skills
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
• Process Improvement Mindset
• Experience in Technologies including Power Automate
• Prior Quality Assurance Experience
• Insurance experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or related field with 4 – 8 years of experience.
