Full-Time Quality Engineer

As a Quality engineer, you will be responsible for:

1. Oversee and monitor the progress of new development projects, guaranteeing the timely completion of all quality-related activities.
2. Evaluate and validate quality documentation to ensure full compliance with the company’s stringent quality standards.
3. Conduct thorough audits of suppliers and partners, assessing their processes and capabilities, and following up to ensure continuous improvement.
4. Manage field quality activities, including containment actions and recurrence prevention initiatives to uphold product integrity.
5. Foster clear and effective communication with markets, providing technical support and actively gathering valuable feedback to drive quality improvements.
6. Drive process improvement by developing and implementing new procedures and standards that enhance both quality and operational efficiency.

Master’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar quality-focused role. Automotive industry experience is mandatory. Audit experience is required; certification is a strong plus.
