The Role The Engineering & Quality Assurance teams are essential to our organization. The QA department creates a quality product. Your job goes beyond bug searching and testing; it's about preventing defects and ensuring high-quality development.
What You Will Do
- Perform and execute various testing approaches (functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, etc.).
- Write and maintain automation test suites.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Customer Support and other QE to develop Test Plans and Strategies.
- Analyze risk, determine coverage, and create testing plans.
- Be a vocal champion for quality in every phase of the SDLC.
- Review and analyze test results to identify and report defects.
- Use metrics to track success and determine release readiness.
What You Need to Succeed
- 2-3+ years of experience in software quality engineering with hands-on test automation experience.
- Proficiency in API and UI test automation using modern frameworks like Playwright.
- Ability to design, develop, and implement regression tests.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC, commitment to quality process improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to mentor.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Nice to Haves (But Not Required)
- Experience designing, developing, and implementing test automation suites, particularly for regression testing.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests.
- Exposure to or interest in AI/ML tools for QE tasks.

Compensation $77,000 - $96,000
Location Fully remote. Indianapolis, IN office available for employees who live in the area.
