Key Purpose: Lead continuous improvement at the factory through quality initiatives, prevention, and risk management. Directly influence factory QMS by working closely with key vendors and factory quality personnel. Accountable for consistently high-quality product as measured by QM KPIs/Metrics. Act as coach and mentor for local QA team and factory QA.
Key Responsibilities:
- SME in projects and SOPs, provide training on assigned topics for associates and factories.
- Support and monitor factory accredited lab testing SOP against Brand standards and Industrial/Country requirements.
- Evaluate new vendors to identify factory quality setup, technical support, product capability, and production capacity.
- Support and train local teams and factories on VCP program execution.
- Support conducting Factory Process Audit and coaching QE/QA and FKR on conducting audits.
- Proactively seek upstream prevention opportunities and mitigate risks using Risk Base program to allocate resources.
- Manage and escalate risks, issues, and concerns to Regional Manager.
- Manage vendor performance using data analytics and drive continuous improvement within the supply base and team.
- Foster a strong culture of continuous improvement by reviewing ways of working, process alignment, and team capabilities.
- Ensure team awareness of roles & responsibilities and access to necessary tools.
- Ensure high engagement between brand, vendor, and regional cross-functional teams.
- Engage in projects, identify, and propose new project ideas.
- Create opportunities for cross-brand/cross-functional team involvement.

- Seek out individuals at the factory level and internally to share beneficial information for customers, the business, and associates.
