What will you be doing?
The Quality Management System (QMS) Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System at Babble. The role involves ensuring that all processes and procedures comply with ISO9001 standards, enhancing customer satisfaction, and improving operational efficiency across the organisation.
Accountabilities and Deliverables:
- Develop and Implement QMS: Design and implement a comprehensive Quality Management System that aligns with Babble's strategic objectives and ISO9001 standards.
- Process Documentation: Define, document, and standardize processes across all functions to ensure consistency and high-quality standards.
- ISO9001 Accreditation: Lead the organisation in obtaining ISO9001 accreditation by FY 2026, including preparing for audits and ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure all employees understand and adhere to the QMS processes and standards.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of the QMS and report on performance to senior leadership.
- Supplier Management: Develop and maintain business and supplier frameworks to ensure consistent quality and performance from all suppliers.
- Customer Journey Documentation: Document the customer journey from prospect to exit, ensuring alignment with Babble's value proposition and customer expectations.

- In-depth knowledge of ISO9001 standards and experience in leading organisations to achieve ISO9001 accreditation.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
