Full-Time R&D Research Analyst

Strategic Analytics & Insights (SA&I) at NielsenIQ helps businesses understand consumer behavior and drive brand growth. In the Product Leadership Neuro R&D team, you'll support new product development and enhance existing ones.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze neuroscience, behavioral, and survey data to summarize findings from complex datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Leadership, Neuroscience, Engineering, Operations) to execute R&D studies.
• Create reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines and liaise with operations teams.
• Perform literature reviews on neuroscience and behavioral science topics.
• Assist in creating thought leadership pieces.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in neuroscience, psychology, cognitive sciences, data science, or a related field.
• 2+ years experience in research and data analysis.
• Proficiency with data analysis software (Python preferred).
• Strong understanding and application of statistical methods (regression, PCA, clustering).
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to translate data into presentations.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Passion for applying behavioral science data to business solutions.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
