The Role

The Regional Director role is critical in driving regional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage team to attainment on pipeline, bookings, and revenue quotas.
  2. Manage and forecast deals for your region.
  3. Foster a culture of high performance.
  4. Conduct regular coaching sessions.
  5. Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
  6. Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales performance.
  8. Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  9. Drive pipeline generation initiatives.
  10. Utilize CRM tools and data analytics.
  11. Ensure sales processes are efficient.
  12. Prepare and present regular updates.
  13. Partner with cross-functional teams.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience selling in the translation & localization industry and software sales
  • 5+ years as a successful IC
  • 5+ years managing a team
