Full-Time Regional Financial Analyst

Remote position, with preference for candidates residing in the Charlotte/Salisbury/Greensboro NC area.

Fluent Spanish required.

Role Overview: Provides accurate and timely financial information and analyses to local, regional, and executive leadership. Supports implementation of best practices in accounting and reporting, and oversight of policy compliance and risk management for assigned territory (predominantly Mexico and South America).

• Thorough Review: Reviews financial submissions for accuracy and completeness, ensuring timely finalization.
• Financial Reporting: Creates timely and accurate financial reports, including regional summaries and analyses, and leads/documents financial analysis projects.
• Financial Functions: Evaluates, audits, plans, budgets, forecasts, and performs cost control analyses.
• Consulting: Acts as a consultant within the assigned territory, partnering with Operations and Finance teams on financial policies, procedures, budgets, forecasting, and performance.
• Internal Controls: Reviews local/regional operations for effectiveness of internal controls and adherence to corporate policies.
• Process Standardization: Collaborates with management and Finance teams to standardize processes and implement best practices, documenting local processes/procedures in English and resident language.
• Ad Hoc Analyses: Completes ad hoc analyses as requested.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, plus five (5) years of experience in accounting and reporting, with emphasis on process setting and internal controls; or equivalent education and experience.

Language Requirement: Fluent in Spanish, both oral and written.

Preferred Experience: Manufacturing environment, global/multicultural organizations, internal/external auditing, Cost Accounting, Mexican/Brazilian accounting standards/taxation, SAP BPC, Infor Visual Manufacturing.
