Full-Time Reinsurance Operations Associate

Operations Associate responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and processing property and casualty insurance operations.

Must maintain high accuracy and meet service level requirements.

This position is part of the Ceded & Captive Reinsurance Operations.

1. Interpret data, analyze results, and process transactions in various systems for:
• Treaty Set up/Profiling
• Facultative Set up/Profiling
• Captive Set up/Profiling
• Reinsurance identification/calculation
• Financial Data Processing/Reconciliation
• Reinsurance reporting & record keeping
• Other work streams as needed

Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately as specified.

Interact with team and customers to complete deliverables.

Communicate issues or queries timely to ensure quick resolution.

Assist in troubleshooting and improving processes.

Technical Skills (Proficiency Level Required):

• Microsoft Excel & Word (Required)
• Microsoft Office Suite (Required)
• Strong verbal/written communication (English fluency required)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Detail and quality oriented
• Collaborative, team-oriented, and adaptable to execute within an international team
• Superior knowledge of Excel and Word
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible with changing requirements and ability to learn new processes quickly
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics or equivalent (Required)

Preferred Skills:

• Project Management experience
