We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Representative. This is a remote position where you will provide customer service, handle account receivables, and collections from delinquent clients.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues.
- Resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when needed.
- Maintain product knowledge.
- Account Receivables and Collections:
- Monitor and manage accounts receivables.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Track and document collection activities.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support is desirable.
- Strong communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
- Familiarity with accounting principles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
