The Role: We seek a tech-forward, detail-obsessed data operator. You'll extract, organize, and upload data to our CRM, building better, faster ways to do it.
What You'll Do:
- Extract structured data from unstructured sources (PDFs, websites, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Organize and clean data into usable formats (CSV, Sheets, etc.)
- Upload, tag, and manage data within our CRM (HubSpot, Brevi, etc.)
- Build lightweight scrapers, scripts, or workflows to streamline tasks
- Use and explore AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to optimize data work
- Proactively recommend smarter systems and tools
Must-Haves:
- Strong data extraction and wrangling skills
- Working knowledge of Python (web scraping or automation)
- Familiarity with APIs, CSVs, JSON
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Brevo, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and data integrity
- Curiosity and willingness to learn AI/automation tools
- Self-starter energy with a "find a better way" mindset
- English proficiency (spoken, written, understanding)
Bonus Points:
- Experience with tools like BeautifulSoup, Selenium, or Playwright
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools
- Experience with chatbots or AI for data cleanup
- Experience building scrapers, dashboards, or smart workflows
