Full-Time Remote Water Treatment Sales Manager - Pharma

Remote Position.

Promote, expand, maintain, and implement all sales aspects of Pharmaceutical Water Treatment equipment and technologies.

• Accountability for overall sales performance and customer satisfaction in assigned territory.
• Implement pharmaceutical sales strategy and identify territorial modifications.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts using CRM.
• Provide in-person forecast updates during sales meetings.
• Achieve or exceed annual bookings target.
• Qualify proposal opportunities (project strategy, design strategy, timeline, and submission documentation).
• Timely follow-up on sales leads with quarterly reporting.
• Technical and commercial presentations to engineers and end-users on water treatment technology and general pharmaceutical offerings.
• Develop and expand new business opportunities.
• Support process/application engineers with proposal and bid generation.
• Collaborate with the pharmaceutical service team to promote Veolia technologies and services.
• Attend, present, and participate in local, regional, or national trade shows and Veolia customer seminars.
• Collaborate with other Veolia divisions to gain customer access and promote Veolia's overall pharmaceutical offerings through site visits, webinars, and direct communication.
• Promote and attend customer visits to the Center of Excellence in Ireland and Solys facility tours.
• Contribute to and execute the strategic Pharma plan.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years selling equipment/technology to the pharmaceutical market.
• Bachelor of Science Degree.
• Experience selling water for injection, process water, and secondary wastewater equipment is a plus.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical water treatment requirements and regulations.
• Exceptional communication skills (oral and written).

Travel: Approximately 40%.
