Full-Time Renewal Account Manager

DomainTools is seeking an experienced Global Account Manager to enhance customer value from our data services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer lifecycle (onboarding, adoption, consumption, training) after handover from Account Executives.
• Become a trusted advisor and customer advocate, building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with expansion partners to manage sales process and meet renewal/expansion quotas.
• Maintain consistent customer engagement through QBRs, product updates, and consumption tracking.
• Secure renewals for all active contracts on time.
• Collaborate with Sales and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Become an expert in Cyber Threat Intelligence and DomainTools' data and competitive landscape.
• Utilize Salesforce and Vitally for accurate customer data management, pipeline management, and forecasting.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in global account management with technology solutions.
• Experience with large global organizations (Global F100) and country governments.
• Direct experience with cybersecurity solutions, preferably with DNS experience.
• Proven success in SaaS retention and expansion.
• Ability to influence key decision makers and negotiate effectively.
• Analytical approach to customer engagement and improving success.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Availability to travel for trade shows.
