About the role:
Reporting on local issues in Lancashire and Manchester. Providing live coverage of breaking news and exclusive stories. Building industry contacts and conducting interviews. Taking pictures and filming.
About you:
Passionate journalist with NCTJ or equivalent qualification. Proven experience in regional or digital newsrooms. Strong writing skills and storytelling abilities. Knowledge of UK media law. Excellent social media skills. Ability to drive and be first on scene.
