The Team Lead role focuses on providing solutions to clients utilizing a variety of data processing tools and advanced dashboard software. The Team Lead for Reporting, Data Services is responsible for overseeing the output of the team of Analysts as well as individual contributor. Team Lead contributes to improving overall department efficiency by adhering to current best practices as well as contributing to the creation of new best practices, especially those relevant to overlays. This individual works closely with clients as well as internal teams.
A successful candidate has a strong understanding of primary and secondary data deliverables, especially reporting, is collaborative, self-motivated and client focused. Has an ability to master new tools and processes quickly.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Including, but not limited to the following:
70% - Online Dashboards
Team Lead maintains full responsibility for online dashboards done by themselves as well as their team:
- Thorough review of client materials and preparation of queries in a timely manner.
- Application of internal procedures and methodologies to create client facing dashboards.
- Ability to detect illogical results and capacity to communicate them in a professional manner – with a focus on solutions.
- Deliver assigned tasks in timely and high-quality manner, resulting in high client satisfaction. (Deliverables include dashboards, custom data and advance analytics.)
20% - Process
Team Lead contributes to development, testing and implementation of global processes relevant to the online dashboarding team.
- They are working on tasks assigned that increase capabilities, efficiency, skillset, and marketplace competitive advantage.
- Expected to spend time reporting and receiving information to and from their manager.
5% - Additional learning
Team Lead strives to be fully utilized and learn additional tasks as needed within online dashboarding, Coding, Charting, advanced analysis and other departments with spillover work.
5% - Miscellaneous
Team Lead spends time reporting and receiving information to and from their manager and continues to learn the latest technologies in the data collections field.

Competencies:

- Possess basic knowledge of capabilities of tools/platforms used for online dashboards, M3/m360 standards, and how data reports affect the clients’ experience and quality reports.
- Possess a solid understanding of market research tasks relevant to their service specialization (Data processing, data reporting using tools like SPSS, excel, ppt , powerBI etc.) that demonstrates itself in comprehension of client's needs and delivering against these needs in a timely and accurate manner.
- Market research experience (preferably with healthcare surveys)
Education and Training Required:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science (B.E./B. Tech/MSc/MCA)
