The Consumer Insights team focuses on quantitative research to support CB&I's mission.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring they see NIQ as a trusted source for insights. Balance client needs with company best practices. Identify client requirements and maintain consistent communication throughout projects (questionnaire development, results presentation).
- Provide input on client knowledge and insights to research design and proposal development.
- Manage client expectations and maintain confidence, acting as a trusted partner.
- Support junior team members, proofing questionnaires, reviewing materials, analyzing data, and troubleshooting.
- Project Leadership: Develop targeted survey questionnaires, analytic plans, and insightful reports to meet client objectives.
- Present research to clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Manage a matrixed team of researchers, providing training and performance coaching.
- Create detailed project plans, liaising with internal Project Management and Operations to ensure timely and budget-conscious execution.
- Drive practice expertise and knowledge of standards, fostering connections with NIQ.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Experience Requirements
- 7+ years experience in global quantitative research project management, ideally including segmentation, path to purchase, and market landscape projects.
- 2+ years experience as a Research Manager or Senior Manager in a Strategic Analytics & Insights Team or equivalent.
