Full-Time Residential Area Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Undertaking surveys, valuations, and energy reports of residential properties for private and corporate clients.
2. Upholding best professional practice to mitigate financial and reputational risk.
3. Completing 5 surveys per day.
4. Responding promptly to queries, complaints, and claims.
5. Regularly reviewing product and proposition performance and risk to meet target market needs and customer outcomes.

Essential Requirements:

• Assoc/M/FRICS Residential Surveyor.
• VRS registered valuer.
• EPC accredited.
• Excellent valuation and survey experience.
• Strong understanding of lender technical and administrative procedures.
• Good knowledge of residential surveys and valuations.
