This role offers an exciting opportunity as a Resilience & Response Caseworker for Catch22's Victim Services.
Role Summary: Provides additional support and resilience to victim services across Hertfordshire Beacon, Greater Manchester, Leicestershire, London Children & Young People. Supports operational delivery of frontline support services, responding to community and major incidents. Involves working with a wide variety of stakeholders and delivery models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting service users with addressing their needs.
- Working with delivery partners, police, voluntary sector and other criminal justice organisations.
- Providing person-centred support to help victims cope and recover.
- Travel to various delivery sites across multiple services.
- Extensive training and development opportunities.
Skills and Experience:
- Confident and professional approach: Supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds with multiple difficulties.
- Resilient, flexible and adaptable: Ability to work on a multi-site, multi-location basis.
- Passion for supporting others.
- Ability to motivate service users.
- Working in challenging environments with a motivational approach.
Additional Requirements:
- Full UK Driving License.
- Access to a personal vehicle for work.
- NPPV (non-police personnel vetting) check.
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week (Part-time/flexible considered)
