As a Customer Success & Insights Analyst, you're responsible for client success. This includes driving timely outcomes and value through data and analytics that enhance the customer experience and elevate NielsenIQ's performance.
You'll gain deep knowledge of the customer's business and industry, identifying new value creation opportunities for NielsenIQ.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with customers to set objectives, build relationships, and demonstrate expertise.
- Understand and leverage NielsenIQ solutions and conduct issue-based analyses with proactive insights and recommendations.
- Drive strategic thought leadership using NIQ tools and assets and identify partnership opportunities.
- Facilitate clear communication with customers, proving value and supporting growth/adoption.
- Ensure timely data/reporting delivery, internal issue resolution, and responses.
- Identify revenue opportunities and handoff to Sales Leaders.
- Collaborate with internal partners to align work with customer objectives.

About You:

Skills & Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in FMCG, CPG, or Retail industries.
- Experience presenting data analysis to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical aptitude and software/digital tech proficiency.
- Project collaboration experience and positive relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerBI, and Tableau.
- Familiarity with NielsenIQ tools is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in R, Python, or SQL is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
Compensation: $55,500 - $71,400 (base) + incentives possible.
