Job Description
Have you ever wondered why a product moves on grocery store aisles? NielsenIQ helps US retailers understand their consumers and optimize business. As a Customer Success & Insights Analyst, you're responsible for client activity and NielsenIQ success at the customer level. You drive timely outcomes and client value through data and analytics. You need deep customer business and industry knowledge to identify new value opportunities for NielsenIQ. This role works across a matrixed organization.
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to set objectives for business impact and maximum client value.
- Understand and leverage NielsenIQ solutions and apply industry knowledge for advanced analyses.
- Drive strategic thought leadership with customers.
- Identify opportunities for increased partnership and elevate those opportunities to organizational partners.
- Facilitate daily communications with customers, proving value for growth, adoption, and value creation.
- Ensure timely data and reporting delivery, and resolve internal issues.
- Identify revenue opportunities and handoff to Sales Leaders.
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure work aligns with customer objectives, timely delivery, and outcome focus.

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in FMCG, CPG, or Retail industries.
- Experience presenting data analysis to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical aptitude and software proficiency.
- Experience collaborating on projects and maintaining positive relationships.
- Excellent communication skills and presentation experience.
- Customer-focused experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerBI, and Tableau.
- Familiarity with NielsenIQ tools, applications, and platforms is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in R, Python, or SQL is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
Compensation
Market-competitive salary ranging from $55,500 to $71,400. Actual salary depends on experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Eligible for sales-based incentives or performance bonuses.
