Full-Time Retail Media Data Specialist

About Your Tasks:

Automate and optimize Retail Media processes, identifying new efficiency opportunities.

Implement new technologies to reduce manual tasks and increase scalability.

Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.

• Utilize automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, AI applications) to design efficient workflows.

Collaborate closely with international teams (AdTech, AdOps, Sales & Campaign Management) to standardize and improve processes.

About You:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in process optimization & workflow automation (e.g., Power Automate).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to critically assess processes.
• Expertise in Power BI & DAX, including data modeling and structuring.
• Passion for AI tools and automation technologies.
• Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders across different levels.
• SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Experience in Retail Media is advantageous.
