Returnship Program - Customer Support Engineer:
We are excited about the 6-month paid Returnship Program - Customer Support Engineer! To qualify, you must have taken a voluntary career break of 2+ years and be looking to re-enter the workforce.
During the Returnship, you will refresh your existing skills and receive specialized learning and development, and mentorship from our client services teams.
As part of a peer group, you'll access networks and support to re-enter the workforce with confidence.
Upon completion, there's an opportunity for full-time employment.
Our customers are Fortune 500 companies.
As a Customer Support Engineer, you will work directly with these customers to troubleshoot issues with CyberArk's software suite.
This is an exciting opportunity to enter the enterprise security space, a fast-growing market.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and technical problems via web portal, live sessions, and phone.
- Address customer needs and technical issues through research, reproduction, and troubleshooting.
- Document technical inquiries.
- Develop and review content for knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with global support colleagues, security services, sales, operations, and administration.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years voluntary career break
- 3-5 years experience in Technical Support or similar role in a software company
- 3+ years experience at a SaaS or security vendor
- Understanding of complex systems
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and passion for providing world-class service
- Experience supporting enterprise-level customers
- Ability and desire to learn new products and technologies
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Strong time management, decision-making, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system and server platforms (2008/2012/2016)
- (Nice to have) CyberArk experience
Compensation: Hourly pay up to $35/hour.
