Full-Time Revenue Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Revenue Intelligence Analyst to support business operations, leadership reporting, financial planning, and strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

This role will collaborate with multiple business units, building data visualization, helping define and calculate variable incentives, analyze key financial and operational metrics, and develop data-driven recommendations to improve business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Own the preparation and delivery of management meeting decks, ensuring accurate financial insights and clear visual representations for strategic discussions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, data bases, and reports to support business operations, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Explore and implement AI-driven tools for automated reporting and anomaly detection.
• Define and calculate variable incentive structures in collaboration with multiple business units to ensure strategic alignment with business objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define metrics, and translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
• Support financial planning and reporting processes, improving accuracy and efficiency through automation and best practices.
• Integrate AI tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and automate routine tasks.
• Perform ad hoc analysis to support business initiatives, strategic decision-making, and executive reporting.
• Work with large datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
• Utilize data visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) to communicate complex insights clearly.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across financial reports and systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in financial data analysis, business operations, or FP&A roles.
• Fluency in English (both written and speaking).
• Technical Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, modeling, etc.).
• Strong SQL skills and experience handling large datasets.
• Desirable: Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and tools for data analysis.
• Experience in implementing AI solutions for business intelligence is a plus.
