We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Revenue Intelligence Analyst to support business operations, leadership reporting, financial planning, and strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
This role will collaborate with multiple business units, building data visualization, helping define and calculate variable incentives, analyze key financial and operational metrics, and develop data-driven recommendations to improve business performance.
Responsibilities:
- Own the preparation and delivery of management meeting decks, ensuring accurate financial insights and clear visual representations for strategic discussions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, data bases, and reports to support business operations, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Explore and implement AI-driven tools for automated reporting and anomaly detection.
- Define and calculate variable incentive structures in collaboration with multiple business units to ensure strategic alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define metrics, and translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
- Support financial planning and reporting processes, improving accuracy and efficiency through automation and best practices.
- Integrate AI tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and automate routine tasks.
- Perform ad hoc analysis to support business initiatives, strategic decision-making, and executive reporting.
- Work with large datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
- Utilize data visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) to communicate complex insights clearly.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across financial reports and systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in financial data analysis, business operations, or FP&A roles.
- Fluency in English (both written and speaking).
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, modeling, etc.).
- Strong SQL skills and experience handling large datasets.
- Desirable: Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and tools for data analysis.
- Experience in implementing AI solutions for business intelligence is a plus.
