About the role: A Revenue Operations Analyst role focusing on scaling go-to-market operations. This position blends technical problem-solving with operational excellence, focusing on creating and maintaining tools, automations, and dashboards for sales, data, and product teams.

Responsibilities:

• Support go-to-market teams with CRM data quality and workflow performance.
• Handle data management and system troubleshooting for the global sales team.
• Build and maintain Salesforce automations, reports, and dashboards.
• Use SQL for custom reports and visualizations to address business questions.
• Collaborate with sales, data, and product teams to develop scalable solutions.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and integrations for revenue data.
• Identify and implement process improvements for revenue operations.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Salesforce administrator, including building automations, reports, and dashboards.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
• Solid background in engineering, technical, or analytical discipline.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical ideas to non-technical people.
• Proactive and resourceful problem-solving attitude.
