As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the team’s mission by assisting with critical Spreadsheet based tasks, managing data integrity, as well as making data driven recommendations for process improvement. Working closely with the Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you will contribute to maintaining high standards of data accuracy and efficiency, enabling strategic decision-making across the organization. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to build foundational RevOps skills while contributing to impactful projects in a fast-paced environment.
What will you be doing?
- Assist in maintaining, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets in Google Sheets to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Create and update reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key metrics and performance indicators.
- Support ad hoc analyses and data requests from cross-functional teams
- Support Sprints and project management reviews
- Standardize and automate Spreadsheet tasks to improve efficiency on company-wide projects
- Assist in preparing materials for revenue meetings, presentations, and strategic reviews.
- Monitor and report on the performance of sales, marketing, and customer service teams, providing actionable insights and identifying opportunities for improvement within the GTM organization
- Support operating rhythms such as weekly reviews, sales forecasts, pipeline management, commission planning, KPI reviews, OKRs, quota, and territory design.
Who are we looking for?
- You are currently finishing or have completed a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field (or possess equivalent experience).
- You have exceptional written and spoken English.
- You have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- You have exceptional Spreadsheet skills
- You have Google Workspace experience.
- You have the ability to work swiftly with a high sense of urgency and be comfortable with shifting priorities and deadlines.
- You are a self-starter, quick learner and highly organized with attention to detail.
- You have the ability to follow up; know what's going on at all times and respond quickly.
- You are flexible, patient, persistent and have a team spirit attitude.
