As the Revenue Operations Business Analyst, you'll be the backbone of our sales operations. You'll work closely with the sales team to optimize processes, improve performance, and ensure data integrity, driving alignment between sales, marketing, finance, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Process Optimization: Analyze, document, and refine sales workflows for efficiency and scalability.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain CRM and sales tool data integrity. Create detailed reports and actionable insights on key metrics (e.g., pipeline health, win rates).
- Performance Analytics: Track sales team performance against KPIs, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
- Tool Administration: Oversee and optimize sales technologies (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Ensure alignment with business needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, finance, and product teams for seamless lead management, accurate forecasting, and strategic alignment.
- Forecasting Support: Develop and monitor accurate sales forecasts using historical data and market trends.
- Training & Documentation: Create training materials for sales tools and processes to support team onboarding and ongoing education.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with standard Salesforce objects (Accounts, Opportunities, Contacts), including data contained within each.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
- Experience building custom reports, for pipeline reporting and data validation.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills; present complex data clearly and concisely.
