Cresta is revolutionizing contact centers with AI. We're looking for a Revenue Operations Data Analyst to join our fast-growing team.
About the role: You'll support data-driven decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You'll build scalable reporting, analyze key metrics (pipeline, bookings, customer lifecycle), and translate data into actionable business insights.
Responsibilities:
- GTM Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze GTM metrics, build/maintain reports in Salesforce, Looker Studio, etc., and translate data into insights that influence strategy.
- GTM Compensation Plan Design & Administration: Prepare commission statements, incentive plan updates, ensure accurate commission calculations, and troubleshoot issues.
- Data Quality & Systems Monitoring: Ensure data accuracy, identify/resolve data quality issues affecting reporting.
- Strategic Support for Revenue Leadership: Collaborate with teams to support QBRs, strategic initiatives, and analytical support for goals/performance deep-dives.
- Process Documentation & Optimization: Document reporting workflows, build scalable processes, and identify automation opportunities.
- Collaboration Across the Business: Align on GTM KPIs, promote data transparency/accuracy, and contribute to a shared data culture.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in data analysis or GTM operations, preferably in SaaS/startups.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
- Salesforce CRM experience (reporting, data modeling).
- Familiarity with BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, data quality ownership.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Analytics.
- Experience with CaptivateIQ or other compensation systems.
- Familiarity with SQL or interest in learning.
- Understanding of GTM metrics (pipeline coverage, conversion rates, etc.).
