Job Details
We're seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with significant autonomy and broad business/finance understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support revenue process through analysis and reporting of forecasts, actuals, trends, and plans.
- Review and analyze operational and renewal data, providing insightful variance analysis and recommendations for effective decision-making.
- Participate in regional process improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrate thought leadership in Sales, Marketing, and CS data processes and operations.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and partners across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Sales/Customer Success
- Extensive HubSpot usage
- Knowledge of analytics tools and technologies
- English proficiency
- Experience in agile environments
- Preferred:
- Tech company/startup experience (especially SaaS B2B for SMBs)
- Strong SQL skills
- Salesforce experience
- Residence in Curitiba or Rio de Janeiro
