Location: Hartlepool, UK (or Hybrid/Home-based)

Essential Experience: Revenues and Benefits Experience

Company Overview:

About the Role:

Processing Housing/Council tax changes, RTI cases and new claims, following procedures and KPIs.

  • Customer Service: Deal with customers via letters, emails, and phone calls, adhering to service contracts.
  • Productivity & Accuracy: Meet deadlines and standards, maintaining high levels of work and adhering to Right Time Indicator, Right Benefit Indicator, and Subsidy regulations.
  • Teamwork and Development: Mentor junior staff, share best practices, attend external training, and contribute to improvements within the business center.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with Northgate, Academy, or IBS (Civica) systems.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Housing Benefits/Council Tax
  • Ability to work under pressure with a flexible approach.
  • Strong IT competency.
  • Self-motivated and dedicated.
