Full-Time RevOps Analyst

We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong experience in HubSpot and exposure to Customer Success Platforms (such as ChurnZero) to join our team. This role will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing data across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Product.

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports across HubSpot and related systems.
• Cross-Functional Insights: Partner with Marketing, Support Sales Development and Sales, Collaborate with Customer Success, Collaborate with Product.
• Data Governance & Process Improvement: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across HubSpot, ChurnZero, and other systems.
• Strategic Contributions: Identify leading and lagging indicators of customer health and company performance.

Education and/or Experience:

3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or RevOps Analyst, preferably in SaaS or technology. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot reporting, dashboards, and lifecycle analytics.
• Familiarity with Customer Success Platforms such as ChurnZero.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Product teams.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
