We're looking for a hands-on Risk Adjustment Analytics Manager to oversee a core group of analysts on the Business Analytics team.
Responsibilities:
- Set and lead the day-to-day work of direct reports.
- Develop core relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Stay informed of risk adjustment and healthcare industry trends.
- Create content for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop analytics processes and solutions.
- Evaluate and propose solutions to optimize technology and data assets.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working with Medicare, ACA, and/or Medicaid risk adjustment models.
- 5+ years of data analytics and technical experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple communication channels.
- Critical thinking skills and a curiosity to solve complex business problems.
- Proven track record leading and managing in a remote environment (2+ years).
Preferred skills:
- BI tools (Looker, Sigma, PowerBI).
- Database and pipeline tools (Databricks, Snowflake, dbt, AirFlow).
- SQL and Python for data analytics.
- Jira for workflow and project management.
- Microsoft and Google office suite.
- Healthcare actuarial or medical economics experience.
- Experience creating and communicating executive-level content.
