Full-Time Risk Performance Data Analyst

Aledade is seeking a skilled Data Analyst specializing in Risk Adjustment to help drive impactful decisions through data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Collecting, cleaning, and interpreting data to uncover trends and patterns.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights.
• Optimizing risk adjustment processes to improve overall patient outcomes.
• Data Collection & Preparation: Extract and aggregate healthcare data from various sources (EHRs, claims databases, administrative systems). Clean and preprocess data for accuracy and consistency. Perform data validation and quality assurance.
• Supporting Risk Stratification leadership with research, data analysis, and project management. Assist in developing meeting materials and facilitating meetings.
• Analyze Aledade practices' risk stratification performance trends and indicators.
• Develop, maintain, share, and educate stakeholders on complex analytical models supporting risk stratification.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with healthcare providers, payers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and data needs. Collaborate with product teams, business intelligence team, and impact analytics team.
• Provide technical support and guidance.
• Data Analysis & Interpretation: Utilize statistical techniques and analytical tools. Conduct risk score evaluation and trend analysis.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Health Care Informatics, Statistics).
• 2-3 years of experience in healthcare data analysis, preferably in risk adjustment.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, AWS, Snowflake).
• Proficiency in Google Slides (storyboarding).
• Strong business software skills (Excel, Google Sheets).
• Experience with large, complex data sets; proficiency with Index/Match, XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic macros.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Experience in developing and validating complex analytical models.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with healthcare coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) and risk adjustment models (CMS-HCC, HHS).
• Familiarity with value-based care, accountable care organizations, risk stratification.
