Full-Time Roads and Highways Analyst III/Sr. Technical Analyst

Timmons Group is seeking a Roads and Highways LRS Analyst to join our GIS Staff Augmentation group. This role involves performing various production tasks for Geospatial Transportation projects and data management.

Responsibilities Include:

• Using GIS software (ESRI ArcGIS) and various geographic data formats for analysis.
• Performing transportation data model design and development.
• Updating geospatial data as needed.
• Creating maps, applications, data products, reports, and presentations for GIS and technology projects.
• Writing user documentation.
• Providing ongoing support for GIS/LRS programs and functions requiring analysis.
• Troubleshooting existing GIS applications, tools, and data.

Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in GIS, Surveying, Engineering, Geography, Information Systems, or related field, and at least 5 years of experience or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with Linear Referencing Systems (LRS) and/or Esri's Roads and Highways.
• Experience with ESRI ArcGIS Software (Desktop, Extensions, Enterprise, Server).
• Knowledge of ESRI suite tools (Data Reviewer, Workflow Manager) is a plus.
• Experience utilizing Python, Model Builder, and other geoprocessing techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
