We seek 4 talented Backend Development Engineers for Core API & Services, Database & Infrastructure, and Authentication & Security.

1. Core API & Services Engineers (Rust):

• Develop and maintain production-level Rust code.
• Build efficient, low-latency APIs using Rust frameworks (Actix, Rocket, Tide).
• Design scalable, maintainable RESTful APIs (GraphQL knowledge is a plus).
• Optimize API performance with caching, load balancing, and request throttling.
• Develop microservices for distributed systems (gRPC, Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Implement secure authentication (OAuth, JWT).

2. Database & Infrastructure Engineer:

• Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Scale databases horizontally and vertically.
• Implement caching solutions (Redis, Memcached).
• Ensure data integrity, implement backups, and prepare for disaster recovery.
• Manage cloud-native database solutions (AWS RDS, GCP Cloud SQL).

3. Authentication & Security Engineer:

• Implement authentication protocols (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT).
• Secure sensitive data with encryption.
• Identify and mitigate vulnerabilities (SQL injection, XSS, CSRF).
• Design role-based access control (RBAC) systems.
• Conduct security audits and apply patches.

Qualifications:

• 6-8 years backend development experience.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.

Role-Specific Qualifications (varies by role):

• Core API & Services: Deep Rust understanding, concurrency, memory management, Actix, Rocket, or Tide proficiency, distributed systems, microservice architecture.
• Database & Infrastructure: Database design, optimization, scaling for relational and NoSQL systems, proficiency with Redis, Memcached, cloud database solutions (AWS RDS, GCP Cloud SQL).
• Authentication & Security: Expertise in implementing OAuth2, JWT, secure login mechanisms, encryption, secure data storage, vulnerability mitigation, RBAC systems.
