Our Values: The Sales Analyst will join the B2B Device Sales Team, collaborating with Sales and Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the corporate revenue model, ensuring accuracy and alignment with goals.
- Track and monitor revenue streams, comparing performance to forecasts.
- Optimize device routing for Sales Operations efficiency.
- Lead ad-hoc and development model production, managing resources.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Analyze financial and operational data to assess current/future performance.
- Identify trends and strategies to improve financial performance.
- Develop and maintain key data databases.
- Present recommendations to management, improving performance.
- Document tools, models, and analyses clearly.
- Create reports (MBRs, QBRs, Weekly Sales Decks) using Tableau, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Provide consistent reporting for stakeholders.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience using data to solve business challenges.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with VBA, Office Scripts, SQL, Tableau, web-based systems/platforms is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
- Blending technical expertise with business insights, effectively communicating solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Responsibility, ownership, and commitment to high-quality results.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
Business Travel: 10% (conferences and off-sites as needed).
Compensation: Base pay varies based on experience and knowledge.
